Volunteering in the pediatric hospital in India
Today some of the volunteers went to the pediatric hospital. At the hospital, many of the volunteers helped with the children in the intensive care unit: they helped feed the babies, give medications, etc. They also helped with the outpatient department, and took measurements of the children and babies, and helped with giving injections and comforting the patients. With Aim Abroad, the volunteers are welcome to go to the hospital any day of the week, for morning or night shifts. Many of the volunteers go in pairs, and really enjoy the work that they do at this hospital.
